Sandymount Events. Going forward in these times.
All events will be risk assessed and guidelines updated from government guidelines and the Liverpool Archdiocese plus advice taken from Canon Fr John Furnivall Dean of Crosby. All groups sign terms and conditions plus regularly updated risk assessment.
Prayer Groups meeting on zoom at present
The Women of St Joseph (teaching from the Catechism) wonderful women’s fellowship. Lead by Kathy Riley. This group is now meeting at Sandymount on a Wednesday evening every fortnight at 6pm.
The Legion of Mary ( rosary said weekly) meets at Sandymount every Wednesday at 7-30pm contact Lynn Glynn 0151 924 8154.
Sandymount prayer group meets on zoom Tuesday 7pm (Rosary prayers and praise.) Lead by Anthony Glyn.
We are hoping to resume our first Saturday masses to our lady from Saturday 4th June.

We at Sandymount are opening up safely and slowly . We have Risk assessment ( available for all guests with terms and conditions of visiting Sandymount) that is in line with Liverpool Archdiocese, Government and WHO guidelines. We have also taken advice from the above and completed the best fit for Sandymount and our guests. Moreover we will operate with smaller numbers. However our hospitality and welcome will not be reduced. We therefore welcome groups who are ready to come back to Sandymount House of Prayers and Retreats
We at Sandymount would like to reassure all guests , priests, religious speakers and staff teams, you are all in our prayers .
The St Louis Marie de Montfort fathers, religious and lay people in many countries are saying the rosary every night at 8pm. We would be like to invite you join us and we ask that we remain in your prayers.
We pray for an end to this virus and pray for all medical teams all over the world and all who are working to contain and eliminate this virus.
We pray for our holy father Pope Francis and we thank God we have him him in this difficult time for the faithful and the rest of the world.
We thank God for the technology that is connecting us all together and allowing us to have a virtual mass.
We pray that and all the faithful and those who don’t practice their faith t may draw closer to Jesus and his blessed mother and find consolation in these times.
